Protective Bollard

The protective bollard is made of Armorflex material, which is used to protect the door or protruding corner from the accidental impact of forklifts and other moving vehicles.

Armorflex material was carefully selected, studied, and tested by our R&D department and external bodies to achieve the parameters of excellence that distinguish it from other plastics, offering high visibility in the workplace, and maximum resistance to various types of impact.

The impact-resistant bollards are applicable to the collision barrier of the plant entrance and exit, door frame, wall corner, water pipe, and support column. According to the collision test, it can resist the impact of a 6-ton vehicle at the speed of 5.5km/h without damage.

Protective Bollard Tech Data

It is made of Armorflex material which is independently developed by Aotons. Through special nano processing technology, the molecular structure of the material is reconstituted into a regular linear network structure. This means that Armorflex material has recoverability and memory, can absorb, delay and eliminate impact energy, and can rebound to its original shape after impact.

The special three-layer structure, shock absorption layer, support strengthening layer and anti-aging layer, the material ratio and physical properties of each layer are different, and the three-layer materials are extruded by exclusive customized professional equipment at one time.
